Logging out will clear the authentication cookie. Do not check this option if you are using a public computer." The meta header had help desk as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by helpdesk, web, and web-based which isn't as important as help desk. The other words the site used was technical support. cross-platform is also included but will not be viewed by search crawlers.
